Symmetrical Celebrities


For this project, the teachers explained two types of drawing to us which were stippling and blending. I used blending in my project. I picked out the celebrity that the teachers had on the table. We then were instructed to design the other half of the celebrities face. After I drew everything, I then was able to shade my paper. I used my finger to blending it all together.

An extension activity for this project could be a unit over the presidents. We could be learning about the presidents and then the students would pick their favorite, draw the other half of their face and then on the back of the paper write a short biography about their president.
